Corrections ledger
Corrections arrive as signed counter-claims over Nostr and are logged here at receipt — every submission, with its disposition (pending, accepted, rejected, or insufficient when it cites no source). Nothing is dropped and nothing is auto-applied: a valid, cited correction passes the same two-person editorial gate as any record change, and this ledger records what we were told and what we did with it. Each entry pins the exact record version it contests.
